When will my commision be finished?
It will vary on the type that you have commissioned, but typically it would be 1-2 weeks per full body. You may ask for any Work-in-progress' (WIPs)
I work best and quickest with zero restrictions/suggestionsWhat is Experimental Commission Type?
It's where I am given full creative freedom limited only by character, size (HB, FB), budget, and theme. It does not mean it will be a psychedelic or colorful art style. Please do not give ANY information other than the ones listed, unless requested by me.Can I get a specific art style?
You can request any art style you'd like for all commission types aside from experimental commission type. I can mimic any style if requested, but note the pricing will vary if so.How do I know if your commissions are open?

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Terms of service may be altered based on discussion with commissionerPAYMENT
Currency is in united states dollars, and the payment method is done exclusively through Paypal or Ko-Fi
Commissions under $100 must be paid upfront after a rough sketch is given
For commissions above $100, payment plans are available based on the commissioner's preference
Payment will be done using invoices for new customers or Ko-fi for simple commissionsPROCESSWill first give a rough sketch based on the request, then payment must be sent
After payment has been received, Work in Progress (WIP) will be given based on the stages of the commission (sketch, linework, coloring, shading, etc.)
The commissioner may ask for more WIPs during the commission process
Request for changes are allowed during the sketching, lining, and coloring phaseCOPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Minting the original or altered version of the artwork as an NFT.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
Using the copyrighted artwork or any progress photos as a sample in any image generating machine learning algorithmCommercial rights may be purchased after an agreed-upon markup of the original price
With commercial rights, you are allowed to make a profit off of the artwork.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.For character designs, the commissioner is allowed to: commission other artists to draw their rendition of the design, redesign the character, trade the character, create physical products (sculptures, prints, outfits, etc.) of the character design
However, if commercial rights are not purchased, then you are not allowed to: Use the character design for any promotional activities/images, sell the character for a higher profit, use it as a mascot or brand for commercial purposes, or any other activities that profit off the character designCANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
Partial refunds are available if desired based on the different stages of the commission
65% during the sketch phase
40% during the coloring phase
No refunds given during the rendering phase
Due to any personal circumstances where I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be givenThis document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
